The Bellagio Apartment is a two storey residence with a focus on creating a functional interior design.

Located in Wentworth Point, it is surrounded by extensive views of the Parramatta River, and has a standout outdoor lifestyle due to the various nature reserves throughout this waterside suburb.

​This project houses two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite filled with custom shower and joinery designs. The master bedroom also includes a large custom designed walk in wardrobe with a variety of components, from floor to ceiling shoe racks, a pull-out laundry basket and trinket trays for accessories, shelves and drawers for folded clothing and large accessories, and large hanging spaces for the pants, dresses, and coats.

​The kitchen includes a variety of storage systems for a highly functional and organised cooking space. The joinery is entirely custom designed, and utilises drawer, door, pantry, and waste management systems from brands such as Blum and Hafele, for a sense of luxury and order throughout the space.

Lastly, there is a large exterior terrace overlooking the Parramatta River, with an outdoor food preparation and barbeque area, accompanied by alfresco dining and living spaces, encased beneath a rich, walnut timber pergola. At the far end of the terrace is a raised decking area, with  a large fire pit and seating, surrounded by an expansive reflection pond for the ultimate outdoor experience.
