The Paddington Terrace House is a four storey residence that has been transformed into a contemporary, sophisticated, home that exudes functionality.

This design is home to the lively village of Paddington, surrounded by beautiful Victorian terraced buildings along Oxford Street and Five Ways.

Strict heritage building restrictions and a slender interior space influenced the elongated rooms and interior layout, while featuring a graceful contemporary design that compliments the traditional Victorian exterior.

There are numerous luxurious spaces throughout this multi-storey project, from the home cinema with state of the art sound and screen technologies, a custom-designed home bar housing multiple wine fridges and other drinks storage, spacious bedrooms with cleverly designed joinery, and the home office/study with plentiful books and reading space.
This design features an abundance of concealed joinery throughout the living spaces, bedroom spaces and in particular the kitchen and butlers pantry spaces. There is an elegant, minimal stair design, with full length glass balustrades, and a "floating" tread design cantilevered from the wall by a hidden in-wall stringer and clad in Rich American Oak timber. Lastly, a prominent skylight located over the staircase allows natural light to penetrate deep into the interior.
